The PPEC Nursery consists of three classes viz., Kindergarten Prep I & Prep II classes. The Minimum age for admission to K.G is 2 years 10 months as per rules of compulsory primary education in Karnataka. No Child will be admitted before 5 years 10 months for 1st Std.
At the time of Admission, the parent or guardian must furnish a T.C or satisfactory evidence of Date of Birth if the child is being admitted for the first time. The date of birth given at the time of admission cannot be changed at a later stage.
All Pupils must attend the school on re-opening day, other wise they must explain the reason to the principal, if fails, they will be fined.
No Pupils must leave the school premises without the permission of the Principal. Parents / Guardians are not allowed to see their children or meet class teacher during School hours without the permission of the Principal.
Injuries to Children during the school hours will be treated with first aid and parents will be informed if the child requires further treatment.
Pupils of Nursery section will be allowed to stay in the school premises till 1-00 p.m or else they will be fined.
Pupils are Medically examined every year by registered medical practitioners and abnormalities if any, are reported to the parent for appropriate and immediate action throught their own family doctors.
Application for admission to primary classes will be considered, only if it is accompanied by the latest progress report from the school last attended.
Children with infected diseases will be sent back till they are free from infection. Scholl will make arrangement to send them home. The expenses in such cases will be borne by the parents. A Medical Certificate from the registered doctor should be produced in this regard.
Irregular attendence and habitual idleness, disobedience and misconduct, injurious to the moral tone of the school are sufficient grounds for dismissal of a pupil.
Transfer Certificate will be issued to the children only after clearing all the dues to the school.
